July 2011 - Hiscox Insurance choose ImageFast to support OpenText eDOCS
Hiscox, an international specialist insurer, has selected ImageFast as their partner to manage the organisations OpenText eDOCS Document Management system.
Hiscox is headquartered in Bermuda and is an international specialist insurer, underwriting a diverse range of personal and commercial insurance risks. Hiscox currently use eDOCS to support critical business processes. Moving forward ImageFast will manage the development, integration and support of this system.
Debbie Forster, Hiscox Applications Manager said “we chose ImageFast because of their depth of experience of information management, understanding of the product, and proactive approach.”
ImageFast’s internal support team will be providing a managed service to Hiscox for their eDOCS Document Management system on a 2nd and 3rd line basis. ImageFast support will be responsible for; capacity management, system monitoring, management of change processes, proactive and reactive support.
