Keynote Presentations by AIIM International and Microsoft
AIIM carries out a number of user researches every year to identify trends,
opportunities and challenges within information management. The first morning
keynote presentation will set the scene with an overview of ECM trends in 2008
and what you should be looking out for. In the second morning keynote, Microsoft
will outline their SharePoint 2007 offering and the opportunities for the
industry.
In the afternoon keynote slot, AIIM will review market drivers and the potential
investment returns from document management, records management and
collaboration tools.
Roundtable discussions led by industry experts
The keynotes will be followed by a number of roundtable discussions led by
industry experts. Use this opportunity to learn, discuss and compare how you
manage your business documents with other organisations like yourselves.
The round table discussions will focus on the following topics:

Microsoft solution partners will describe how their product enhances the
capability of SharePoint for specific applications, with case-study
illustrations of successful implementations.

The roadshow includes an Advice Centre, which allows you discuss your business
with the ECM specialist division of Serco (previously Cornwell Management
Consultants). You can then discuss how managing information and documents can
improve your business, and the implications of the recent MoReq2 release..
